Rate set per teacher based on certificate, experience, and demo lesson outcome.
Weekly bonuses
- ≥ 15 lessons / week+¥200
- ≥ 25 lessons / week+¥500
- ≥ 35 lessons / week+¥900
Cancellation policy
- • Cancel ≥ 12h before: no penalty.
- • Cancel < 12h before: 50% of lesson fee deducted.
- • No-show: 100% of lesson fee deducted + frequency review.
A typical week
A teacher with full availability and ≥ 25 lessons / week typically earns ¥3,500 – ¥5,000.

Requirements
Who we're looking for.
Native or near-native English speaker
2+ years of online teaching experience with adults
Bachelor's degree (any field)
TEFL / TESOL / CELTA — at least one
For IELTS classes: certified IELTS examiner OR personal IELTS 7.5+
Stable wired internet, quiet room, HD webcam
Comfortable with weekly schedule commitment (≥ 10 lessons / week)
